APICalculators started as an internal spreadsheet for estimating LLM spend before a launch. It kept getting reused, so we turned it into a set of free, no-signup calculators.
Every rate shown in a calculator is sourced directly from the provider's official pricing page or API documentation — never from third-party aggregators or affiliate feeds. We re-check every listed price monthly, and when a provider changes pricing publicly, we aim to update within 48 hours.
Every calculator runs entirely client-side in your browser. Nothing you type — token counts, user numbers, revenue figures — is sent to a server or stored. There's nothing to log because there's nothing to send.
These calculators produce estimates, not quotes. Real invoices depend on volume discounts, committed-use pricing, regional rates, and tax that a static calculator can't fully model. Treat the numbers as a planning ceiling, not a guarantee.
